Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Pay: Competitive rate of $45-55 per hour
Employment Type: W2, Weekly direct deposit

Job Description:Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility in scheduling
Responsibilities:- Conduct functional assessments and develop behavior intervention plans to address challenging behaviors.
- Implement and oversee individualized treatment programs for clients with autism and related developmental disabilities.
- Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation related to client progress and therapy outcomes.
- Stay current with best practices and research in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements:- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Behavior Analyst in Virginia.
- Experience in clinical settings, particularly with pediatric populations, is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
