Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Current license to practice through the Pennsylvania state board
- Strong aptitude for adolescent assessment and intervention strategies
- Excellence in communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with middle school students preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations
- Design and implement targeted intervention strategies
- Provide essential counseling services to middle school students
- Foster collaborative relationships with teachers and parents
- Actively participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records
- Support positive behavioral interventions
- Address the unique social-emotional needs of adolescent students
