Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a social work curriculum accredited by the Council on Social Work Education if hired prior to December 2, 2008; a Master of Social work degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education if hired after December 2, 2008.
Two years of experience in a health care social work setting with knowledge and experience in hospice work preferred.
Licensed in New Mexico
