We are seeking a dynamic Specialty Behavioral Health Clinical Manager to lead and supervise a team of behavioral health clinicians. This role ensures the provision of high-quality, integrated care while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. The Clinical Manager will oversee behavioral health programming, provide clinical supervision, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery. This role may also include direct patient care and consultation with medical providers.
Education: Master’s degree in behavioral health (required).
Licensure: Licensed with the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers or Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists. Must be eligible for clinical supervision registration with the Oregon Board of Licensed Clinical Therapists (OBLCT) within 3 months of hire.
