Telepractice School Psychologist for Rhode Island School District
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Telepractice School Psychologist to join our team. In this role, you will provide psychological services to students, working closely with schools to support their mental health and emotional well-being. You do not need to live in the state to apply, you need a license in the state you live in and the state you work in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with students via online platforms
- Administer and interpret psychological assessments and evaluations
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to address students emotional and behavioral needs
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, assessments, and progress reports
- Stay current with best practices and developments in school psychology and online service delivery
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid Rhode Island School Psychologist Certification or equivalent licensure
- Proven experience in school psychology, including assessment, counseling, and consultation
- Proficiency with online communication platforms and tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and educators
