About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Job Specialty:** Psych

**Job Duration:** 26 Weeks

**Shift:** Days - 12-Hour PRN Shifts, 7 PM - 7 AM

**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified

**Experience:** Minimum of 12 months of prior experience required; psych experience preferred

**License:** RN

**Certifications:** BLS and CPI

**Must-Have:** Ability to perform CIWA/COWS, administer UAs, and set/hold firm empathetic boundaries

**Job Description:**

- Regional float pool position between facilities.
- Inpatient substance abuse treatment facility for individuals aged 18 and over.
- Work involves voluntary patients, with no restraints.
- Administrator and doctor on call at all times; however, no on-site security.
- Visiting hours are Sundays from 1 PM to 4 PM.
- Orientation consists of 2-3 days of 12-hour shifts until comfortable.
- 50 beds available (20 female/30 male).
- Nurse/Patient ratio: 1 nurse on night shift.
- Staffing includes 2-3 Behavioral Health Assistants (techs) from 7 PM to 11 PM, and 1 tech from 11 PM to 7 AM.
- Use of HCS electronic medical records system.
- Scrubs are required as the dress code.

This opportunity offers flexible PRN shifts across multiple locations suitable for experienced psychiatric nurses seeking dynamic work environments.
