TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Psych RN in Baltimore, Maryland, 21204!

About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Job Specialty:** Behavioral Health

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30); Mid 5x8-Hour (15:00 - 23:30)

**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience required

**License:** Permanent RN license required at submission

**Certifications:** Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required

**Must-Have:**
- Fingerprinting must be done in Maryland prior to start
- Allscripts (Sunrise) EMR experience preferred
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
- Drug Screen: Candidates must pass on the first try

**Job Description:**
- Work shifts of 2x16 and 1x8 each week on a Behavioral Health Co-occurring Unit
- Patient ratios of 1:6
- First-time applicants accepted
- On-call is not required
- Be prepared to float within the scope to meet facility needs
- Required to work every other weekend
- RNs may be required to work as the charge RN during a shift without additional pay
- Orientation consists of 16 non-billable hours and is completed in various modules through a learning portal
- Former permanent employees must wait one full year before applying for a travel position
- Applicants applying for a permanent position must wait a year before applying again as a traveler

Please note that orientations are every other Thursday, and documentation is due two Mondays prior to the orientation. Modules are non-billable, average 8 hours, and vary by specialty, to be completed during orientation and annually.
