About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Job Description:**

- Join our dedicated team in a comprehensive behavioral health facility.
- Work in a 33-bed psychiatric unit, covering both geriatric and adult patient populations.
- Provide care in an environment accredited by the Joint Commission.
- Participate in weekly orientation sessions on Mondays.
- Flexibility required to float between geriatric (13 beds) and adult (20 beds) behavioral units.
- Manage a typical patient ratio of 1:10.
- Utilize Paragon Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Collaborate with a team led by Supervisor Yvette Bass.
- Expected to exhibit a strong personality fit for engaging with diverse patient needs.
- Adhere to dress code requirements of blue or black scrubs, with unacceptable attire being specified.
- A commitment to working weekend hours as part of rotational scheduling.
