**Job Description:**

- Provide nursing care and support in a behavioral health setting for both adult and child populations (ages 5-12).
- Participate in orientation, which will include Health and Wellness Coaching (HWC).
- Adapt to night shifts and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and their families.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to assess patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions.
- Document all patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical records system.
- Engage in continuous professional development and participate in on-going training sessions.
