**Job Description:**
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric nursing care in an inpatient setting.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
