**Job Description:**
- Provide nursing care for adult and senior patients with behavioral, developmental, mental health, mood, and substance abuse disorders.
- Work in an acute inpatient hospital setting.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor and assess patients' mental health needs and provide appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on patients' conditions and treatments.
- Educate patients and families on aspects of treatment and care plans.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
- Initiate crisis interventions when necessary.
- Team collaboration to facilitate patient recovery and discharge planning.
