- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Adult Psychiatry ICU.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer prescribed medications and assist in pain management.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Participate in the development and implementation of personalized care plans.
