We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analystto join our team!
As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and evaluating behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and other behavioral challenges.
Job Details:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to determine the root causes of challenging behaviors.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Regularly collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Design and implement effective behavior interventions that are aligned with evidence-based practices.
