Minimum Requirements:Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's preferred.
Background Check: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks
Valid Driver’s License: Must meet car insurance eligibility requirements (Minimum of 21 years old, at least 4 years of licensed experience, no driving infractions within last 4 years)
Physical Requirements: Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs
Key Skills & Abilities:Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff
Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite
Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology (preferred but not required)
Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator), you’ll be a vital part of the treatment process, ensuring that clients receive the care, guidance, and support they need. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Providing Direct Support – Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment
Transportation & Safety – Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments
Behavioral Observation – Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams
Medication Support – Work with the nursing team to oversee medication self-administration
Environment Maintenance – Maintain cleanliness and organization within residential facilities
Facilitating Group Activities – Lead and document recovery-focused group sessions
Emergency Response – Adhere to safety protocols, conduct safety drills, and respond to crises as needed

The schedule for this position is Friday-Saturday 6:30am-3:00pm and Sunday-Monday 2:30pm-11:00pm.
